Yes, some others are having the same issue, I've seen 3-4 posts about it.
What you need to do is to call your mobile network provider and ask them to escalate this issue to RIM level tech support. Explain the issue and tell them someone here in the forums ask you do to this.

yes I'm having the same issues. Even since they changed the interface, I cant get in. Funny thing is that I am still connected on my 8530 curve. I dont get any error message.
