I am not sure how to do that using my pc, I tried following the directions, and was  unsucessful . This blackberry has me cell phone frustration, can you assit in directions ?

Can you assit in the dorection on that, I treid doing that this weekend and was not sure how to do it,I even tried to find the directions. That sis why I am posting message to assit me (lol) This blackberry has me at a "awww" first phone I have not been able to figure out how to use in the first 24 hours (lol)

Hi,

these options must be addressed:

 

Media Card screen ON

NO Encryption

Mass Storage Support: ON

AUto Enable mass storage mode when connected; PROMPT

PC Format: Comment media card (if you have a reader use it)

Device will show as a removable drive but empty. Go to file option -  format in Windows.

 

 

These folders are needed on media card:

Blackberry

pictures

music

ringtones

videos

voicenotes
This is the folder structure that the Blackberry needs to allocate the media to.

I will try on my pc to reformat, the items you have listed for my blackberry mirrir your instructions.
