Re: Moving of Contacts to SIM Card.

Open an Address Book contact and scroll OVER a number.

Press your Menu key > Copy to SIM Phone Book.

You can add ONE phone number at a time, not any whole contacts. Your SIM card will NOT hold email addresses, etc., only phone numbers, only one phone number per record.

Of course, I don't know why you want to copy your phone numbers to your SIM card, this is NOT a good way to save numbers and contacts, it is slow and laborious and pretty wasteful of time if you have anything more than phone numbers.

If you tell is what your END need is, we can probably help you further.

Re: Moving of Contacts to SIM Card.

i have the same question but perhaps telling u the "end" will help me better.

i would like to bring contacts over to an iphone. thought that doing that via the sim would be easiest.

Re: Moving of Contacts to SIM Card.

Copying one phone number at a time to your SIM is not the easiest way... probably the most time consuming and least amount of info will be copied.

You can export your BlackBerry contacts to a CSV ascii text file.

You will need to learn from Apple how to import the CSV file to their software. Or find out from them what format data they will accept.

Article ID: KB24488 How to export contacts from a BlackBerry smartphone using BlackBerry Desktop Software 6

Good luck.
