My instructions do it all from the phone using the email settings icon on the storm itself!!

In the US on VZW, doing it from the handheld or via the BIS website results in the same thing...BIS is the conduit between the email POP/IMAP site and the BB HH. It's just a lot easier to type everything in on the website from a PC than on the BB itself.

If the instructions (above) for pasting into the body of a post here do not work for you, you can always get free webspace from Google. :smileyhappy:

Re: Outlook Web Access Setup - Instructions that WORK!!

thanks for the email.  I still can't send from the device.  I also recently found out we have a BES to use exchange, but our IT doesn't provide support on that.

I can't get that system to do anything.  Atleast with the BIS I know I have an email.  Still trying.

Re: Outlook Web Access Setup - Instructions that WORK!!

in my company, we have two teams of IT : regular IT that do software installation, hardware setup and hotline, and BES IT that do nothing but BES. I don't think you can have a BES without a supervisor. It would be too expensive for a low ROI...

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!

Sorrry, but no -- we cannot email you the instructions. And please remove your personal information from your post (unless the mods beat you to it). The instructions have been provided in a link in this thread. Please refer to those.

Cheers!

Re: Outlook Web Access Setup - Instructions that WORK!!

Would really like to know how you did this.

Need to do it for a couple of my clients.

How can I get hold of this document?

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!

The OWA setup document? It's available here:

KB03133 How to associate a Microsoft Outlook Web Access email account with a BlackBerry Internet Service account

Hope that helps!
