Printing texts messages

Greeting to everyone.

I have posted a few times looking for a way to print some SMS for legal purposes.  I use an old BB Pearl 8120, on T-Mobile.  I do not have interent service on my phone.

The basic response is to forward to myself via email.  Well, I probably have 500 or so SMS that I need printed from one specific sender.  OTHER than forward as email, is there a better way to retrieve my SMS (i've backed them up on my computer via BB desktop, its in .idp format)????

I desperately need help.  Anyone?????

Thanks.

Please use plain text.

Re: Printing texts messages

Yep, it's been answered in the forum here many times.

You need to use a PC software like MagicBerry or ABC Amber IPD Extractor to read the IPD file, and from there you can print your SMS messages.

Re: Printing texts messages

Sanders,

Thank you.

That link sent me to this page www.elcomsoft.com

I purchased the basic version for $49.99.  However, every time i try to install it, my AVG antivirus says it is infected & wont let me install it.  Do you know of any issues there?

Thank you for your help.

Re: Printing texts messages

I know of no issues with that company, they are credible. I don't know why your anti-virus is bothered by it, but I would still caution you to be careful and make certain that your AV is not just detecting a false positive.

Re: Printing texts messages

Another option for you is MagicBerry... it is free.
