I accidentally deleted a year's worth of appointments!  Is there any way to recover these?

Did you make a backup ?

Did you download the appts form Outlook using Desktop Manager (if you use BIS)?

If you are BES, does your Exchange Administrator make backups of the Mail Server?

Otherwise, no.
