My Torch 9800 crashed hard last week and I ended up taking it in to a computer place to try and recover the media files. Unfortunately they had to break the phone so now I am wondering if it is possible to recover information from Blackberry Protect without having another phone?
There has to be a way to get the information online right? I am mainly concerned with recovering my memo pad as it has a lot of important information on it.
