Reload 507 means there is no OS on your device,To resolve your Problem please follow the KB  :

Re: curve 8520 start up

It won't let me choose the third option on the KB, because my phone cannot initially start up in the first place, so it won't connect to the laptop, so updates can't take place. Does this mean I can't do it?

Re: Reload 507

You will need to use BBSAK or JL_Cmder to wipe the device and subsequently load the OS to the device. Follow the instructions here:
http://www.blackberryfaq.com/index.php/How_do_I_wipe_the_BlackBerry_using_Jl_Cmder%3F
For BBSAK, here is the link: http://bbsak.org/

If JL_Cmder does not work, follow this instructional:
