Restore archived data from blackberry protect

I used blackberry storm9530 and back up my data using bb protect and i have removed the device from bb protect website.Now I am using bb torch9860. Can I restore my data to my new device??

yup
just download BB protect from App world.
you will be prompted to restore from previous device and just select yes
should all reload fine

Actually, depending on what you've already done, it may may or may not be that simple, and it may indeed not work at all. If you indeed totally deleted your 9530 from the Protect website (as opposed to "archive"...you've used both terms, so it is not clear), then the backup files have been wiped out, and cannot be recovered.

 

Recovery to a different device requires the use of the same BB ID on the new device as was associated to the old device. But, when you do that, you must be careful. Refer to these KBs for instructions, and follow them very carefully...if you do things wrongly, then you will lose your BB Protect backup files from the 9530 (assuming they are not already gone, that is).
