Hello there,

I'm using a 9360 os 7.1, and I was just wondering if there is a way to lock my phone so that no one can access it while I'm away or asleep. I don't wanna activate the built-in lock system because it only has a max 10 tries and then it wipes your data.

Is there an app that locks my phone but doesn't wipes out the data if you entered the wrong code for a number of times?

There may very well be such an app, but how about just using the built-in lock but be sure to do regular data backups using BlackBerry Desktop Software?  That way, you don't have to download another RAM-draining app and if someone does try unsuccessfully ten times in a row, you just have to restore your phone with a backup file.

Just a thought, of course.
