Time Matters sync to Torch

8 months ago Upgraded from a Blackberry Bold to a Torch.  Can't sync with my business TimeMatters program now.  Told it was a programing problem that Blackberry needed to fix.  I need to have my TimeMatters work on my blackberry so it keeps my professional contacts and calendar separate from personal.  Still Waiting.  Has anyone else had this problem?
