Why i can't received my file with saving it on my media card ? but i can save with my device memory, when i tried to save on my media card, come out this word "Transfer Failed. See the manual for your Bluetooth handsfree device."

I've reboot my Blackberry and i tried again and again, it still can't worked.

 

can you helped me ?

one solution would be :
1) use BlueTooth to transfer the file on your device memory
2) move the file from your device memory to the media card.
