Hello, I have an unlocked Blackberry 9900 (formerly/originally AT&T) and I'm trying to use TMobile visual voice mail on it.
I have had visual voice mail working on my previous Blackberry 9780.
Here, using the application that comes with the Blackberry 9900 I can't seem to set this up properly -- if I say I've added VVM to my account and use the Call Voice Mail option I just get to the regular voice mail system with the interactive prompts.
If I say 'no' to added VVM, then it says to contact www.att.com/mywireless to set it up.
The way the system is running right now I get a 129 text message with every voice mail or call:
