Wireless synchronization

My handset and laptop is not getting sync on following applications though on all these application, set-up is defined as "Yes"

 

 - Calendar

 - Address book

 - E-mail

 - Task

 

Even I tried manual syn but it is not getting sync.

 

Has anyone got this issue in the past and how it got resolved?

 

I also tried to sync with desktop manager but it does not allow becasue the handset is set up on wireless sync.

This doesn't work. There is no "desktop" to click as per step 3.
