Hello,
To properly use the Desktop Software to cure your situation, you need two things downloaded and installed to your PC. The BB Desktop Software:
And the BB OS package that is running on your BB (if you don't know, then pick the newest):
If that OS package is from a carrier other than the carrier for which your BB was originally manufactured, then delete, on your PC, all copies of VENDOR.XML...there will be at least one, and perhaps 2, and they will be located in or similarly to (it changes based on your Windows version) these folders:
With that, you should be ready to proceed with the necessary remedy steps. Further, these articles may be useful:
Good luck and let us know!

i tried all this but after a few steps of app loader the third step says my blackberry has none applicationss so now what do i do ?

That result in AppLoader is usually caused by one of the following:
Please carefully check all of those.
Further, if you are using the Desktop Software and then launching AppLoader from within, you might have better luck bypassing the Desktop Software and launching LOADER.EXE directly...you can find that in one of the same folders as you found VENDOR.XML.
Good luck and let us know!

By following the instructions already provided above...please do read and follow those. If something does not make sense, then please be very explicit in your question. If something does not work correctly, please be very explicit about the exact steps you took and exactly what happened in each step.
From this latest question, I'm sorry but that's the only response I can give -- you repair it by following the instructions already provided.
Good luck and let us know!
