Can anyone help please?
I've had my BB for a while, been happily messaging this person and then last night whilst writing a message the conversation window disappeared and the contact was removed from my contacts list. They text me straight away so I know they didn't delete me, and I didn't delete them. I added them back straight away but it stayed as pending for ages, they tried adding me and I received nothing. After serveral attempts this morning it finally let us add each other again and everything seemed fine. However tonight it's done exactly the same and removed us from each others lists and any attempts to add each other stay pending on my end despite my friend accepting them and I don't receive requests when she tries.
Technical support for the mobile network is closed until tomorrow morning so I can't ask them for help.
I've tried searching on google all of last night and again tonight but I can't find anything that really helps so does anybody have any ideas what could be going on?
