Hi I have a blckberry torch 9810 and bbm was working fine yesterday my mobile company transfered my number from my old supplier and now everything works but bbm i keep getting a red clock and its saying blackberry internet not connected i have tried taking the battery out and all the setting seem ok HELP PLEASE!!!

It says 3g when i took out the contract it was for 300 mins 3000 texts and 1gb of internet i never added any blackberry data plans on but it worked fine?? talk talk dont do add ons.

You're new number doesn't have the required BlackBerry Data Plan. You must have that.
