bbm not working

Hi can anyone help please? My bbm stopped working so I deleted it and reinstalled it but now it just says associating bbm with you blackberry id...... my blackberry services are on has i have the blackverry sign on the corner of the screen and the menu says mobile network connected?? its driving me crazy!! also i cant use app world etc wothout wi fi.

Try this -

 

When you device is POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery. This make a reboot to your device which resolves minor issues with the BlackBerry device.
