blackberry messenger and internet

hello

i am new to using a blackberry, i am on pay as you go on orange so how would i get blackberry messenger it is already installed but i think it needs activating but not sure. Also how do i access the mobile internet, i can only get on it when connected to my home internet

 

many thanks for any replies sorry if sound stupid new to using a blackberry

With hundreds of carriers in the world each with dozens of different data plans, it's impossible for us to answer what services you should or should not have. But, typically, Pay-Go plans don't include the services you are attempting to use. But, only your carrier can answer for sure. Contact them.

hello

all i know is i am on orange pay as you go and i am on dolphin which entitles me too free internet and certain amount of free texts but i can't get on the internet when out of my home as it says i need to connect to a wi-fi network but can i not just get on mobile internet without wi-fi

 

sorry if i sound stupid but don't have a clue to be honest

Nor does anyone here...only orange and/or dolphin can answer your question. See the reference I provided you earlier. Again, it is generic...it cannot be specific to orange and dolphin since that would make it inaccurate for others. You need to talk to them.
