Hello,
Those accounts are managed by your mobile service provider...ring them up to ask about what you desire.
As an aside...I've never seen any reason for those @BB or @Carrier email accounts that are dedicated solely to the BB. The BB can integrate nearly any internet-facing email address, so I personally have no need for yet another one! Plus, those @BB and @Carrier email addresses are accessible ONLY from the BB itself...which can be quite troublesome, especially if used to register a BBID, BIS, or some other BB-proprietary system from which a password reset email may be required...those reset emails are typically NOT delivered to the BB itself as a security precaution...but, since that email account is ONLY accessible from to the BB, actually receiving such password reset emails can be quite troublesome indeed!
Good luck!
