code signature tool is not working

Hi,
My code signature tool is not working from last 2 days.
please tell me how can i resolve this problem?

when i try to sign the code All required cod are failed and the error displayed is
"Error connecting to web signer from proxy"

Please tell me what is the reasond behind this?
 
I am not able to without it due to siging api's
I am working with BlackBerry 8820 OS 4.5 device.

Looks like RIM signing server is not working, we have to get it checked from customer care or Mark
