de-registration phone from NL for use in France

I need a phone de-registered from Blackberry NL so it can be used in france, how can i do that.

If i logon to kpn.blackberry.com the phone is no longer connected to the account, but it seems it's still connected to Blackberry netherlands and can't be used for a french operator.


what can i do to de-register the phone from blackberry NL?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

You have to contact your former NL carrier...only they can do what you need done. It's not BlackBerry who does this, it is the mobile service provider you directly contract with.
