when I write the e mail address it use to pick it from the contact list. Now it pick it from one category from the conatct list.

Do you know why? how can I get it to pick it from all categories? Thanks

Welcome to BlackBerry support community Forums.


Whenever you type a in To/CC/BCC field of a newly composed message the device must look for the contact from your address book. I recommend to have a battery pull device reset.
