file sync

Hi, how do I sync files between my blackberry and my pc, I have dragged the files from my pc into the files window in BlackBerry Desktop Software, but they dont appear on the phone. Help

Disconnect your BlackBerry from the USB, reboot the device and look again.

Hi, it worked thanks, is there a way I can find them easily as they seem to be in device/home/user/documents/, but are hidden away and don't come up if you search by file name

Oh you're saving them to your device memory.

Do you have a Media Card?

 

You can move the documents to whatever folder you choose. Tell me what you'd like to do.

No I've not got a memory card just the phone memory.

 

I've since managed to add them to favourites so i can find them quickly now,  thanks for all of your help, most appreciated.
