What can I do to get my password without having to change my current password?

Are you asking for BlackBerry ID password ? If it is then go through this Knowledge Base :

 

KB26361   How to change or reset a BlackBerry ID password.

prince2012's suggestion will help you if it's your BlackBerry ID password.  If it's the actual password to your email, Vodacom should be able to help you with that one.
