Try this, go to Options > Device > Applications.
Scroll to the BlackBerryID app and delete it.
Then, Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
Afterwards, connect to your Desktop Software on the PC > click on Applications and then click on BlackBerryID to re-install it.

sorry for the late reply, how can i delete the application? there is no option in deleting it, is there a way to just delete the blackberry id

Sorry, do this instead.
Try this, go to Options > Device > Applications.
Scroll to the BlackBerry AppWorld app and delete it.
Then, Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
Afterwards, using your BlackBerry Browser, go to www.blackberry.com/appworld and reinstall AppWorld.
That should update your BlackBerryID module.

so by deleting the app world it will allow me to log in to my blackberry id?
