messenger not working.

Hi.
So I decided to update my bbm yesterday, and now I'm stuck with a blank blue screen! I keep receiving my notifications,but I can't view them. I have tried rebooting, taking out the b3 and all that. Still nothing. What do I need to do?

Hi Thembalethu and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums!

 

Try going into Options>Device>Application Management to remove BBM from your Device. Reboot, via battery pull, then try reinstalling BBM by going to www.blackberry.com/bbm from your BlackBerry Browser.
