I need some help please. Since I downloaded new operating system I found 2 bugs.1 is when I use my video camera at night I have my flash set to automatic but it won't work unless I put to on which drawns battery and is annoying. Secondly I have my key tones set to off and they are still on when I make a call. Anyone else have these problems I am thinking about downgrading. I know these are little things but they should work and it is annoying!

You failed to mention what model device you have, as well as specifically which OS release you upgraded to.

Look at Options > About, third line down beginning with a "v.4.xxx"

As well as this is the "your stories" section, where you would share some fun story about your device or how you used it in a situation, etc.

Anyway, don't repost, let's just get some details on your model and your issue.

4.0.075. Sorry it's a curve 8830. I didn't know how to post. Tried for 20 minutes looking for how to post that was the only place I could. Still don't know how. If you could tell me I would appreciate it!

please look again at OPtions > About and let's get that FULL number, you are missing something there.

If you go to the main page of this forum

You will see many sections of the forum... select one that is closest to your issue or in most cases your model of device.

For you , that would be the 8300 Curve series section.

ok, well that is about the most recent OS for the 8330 device.

For your keytones, when you make a call they will be there. If you set your your Profile to Silent or Vibrate, when you call the keytones should be silent, Try it.

For the flash being a problem, I just don't know a fix.
