old email sync issue

Hi there, I have BES for Exchange and SP5 installed.

 

When I do some device changes, when re-activation is finished I can see new emails only, I have checked "prepopulation" and it is with correct values.

 

Any idea about this? The activation process ends properly.

 

Any way to put old emails back into new BB device?

Message pre-population is only performed for new BES accounts. If the account was previously activated there will be no pre-population of messages. If your really wanting it to happen you will have to delete the account from the BES server and readd it.
