pls help! my blackberry service not workin

I bought a blackberry torch 9800 and suddenly my internet stoped working and my bis is still on. D blackbery logo beside my 3G network disappeared meaning I am not conected to d rim service and my host routing is blank, yet when I put my sim in another phone the service works very well pls help

Did you purchase your new BlackBerry® smartphone from your current wireless provider?  When you first purchased it, did the services work?
