I am unhappy with the service rendered by the expert centre at Mumbai, even after spending an amount of Rs 6500 /- for changing the display unit(the handset (BB) panel). the panel is unresponsive at times and sometimes, gets into a tizzy and does all crazy stuff on its own. I am not going back to the same expert centre - simply lost faith in these **bleep**., are there any other centre manned by the BB staff directly and not franchisee units. Doesn't BB have a grievance redressal mechanism in place.
