Go to SMS & MMS > Options > Check the service center no. To know the no. call your mobile operators customer service.
Also try this -
When you device is POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery. This make a reboot to your device which resolves minor issues with the BlackBerry device.

With the device on, pull your battery out for 20 seconds and put it back in, wait till you are fully booted and try again. What are the letters next to your signal strength? do normal SMS text messages work, and do emails work?

@ Beee - One of my friend told me that he has the same problem so what he did I am telling you. Go to Security Options > Firewall - the Status: was set to Enabled and it had the SMS checked….. Another friend sent him a test message and it worked. You should try this.
