I do not quite understand your words, but I believe that you have incorrectly entered the device lock password 10 times, and your BB has wiped itself clean. This is normal, as a security precaution (the device believes it has been stolen, and needs to protect the personal information that is has).
You now start over, as if your BB is brand new, and reconfigure it all over again for everything.
If you cannot do that, please provide adequate details so that we can understand your exact situation...from the words in your post, I cannot understand, and so need more information from you.
