My Curve 9300 shows a white screen with App error 523. I tried reinstalling the Operating Systems but I cant because my pc does not detect my phone. I downloaded the new Desktop Software but it still cant detect my phone.
please goto mobile shop and reload a new software in my case i also reload the blackberry os then it solve. try to boot at safe mode. just click the back button of your while your device is booting.
