 Hi, I need some help with me BlackBerry Porsche P'9981

3 or 4 times a day my sensor screen stops working. I need everytime to reboot the phone to work the screen again.
What you suggest To do? receandly i ipdated it 7.1 and still same.

It's difficult to understand to me, that after paying an arm and a leg for a phone, Blackberry can't react to solve this problem.

By the way, a friend of my has the same phone but has no problem at all.

I have the same problem. But usualy when i reboot my phone only after a phone call stops working. Any idea why?

Are you using the phone in the bright sunlight? Sometimes that makes it not work very well.
