The trackpad works, that's what I'm using all the time.

That's strange. Sounds to me like a hardware issue. Like the touchscreen ribbon is loose, but I can't be too sure...

I have to remove the battery and then the screen works again. But goes off after the following phone call.

I'm now tired of this phone !!!!!!

this is the worst phone from BB, i have the same issue with the screen along with many other issues; now i have just through it away for sale for any amount

i think i will file a claim against the company , any one would like to do this

I got this phone a week back and my excitement soon ran out as the touch screen stopped working. however i was told that after update it will work properly but to my disappointment nothing of that sort happened. As you do i take the battery out some 2-3 times in a day to keep it running.

wished i never have purchased this junk!! my sympathies to all.......
