Blackberry playbook keeps crashing

I have been having quite a bit of trouble with my playbook tablet and it is very annoying when it keeps happening. If I am on the internet or playing a game, the device freezes and then shuts down until a few hours later it reboots. This has happened on several occasions now and I would like to fix the problem.

As well as this, my Bluetooth is not working as well. I am able to turn it on but the icon does not turn blue and cannot connect to my phone. I have tried almost everything and the only thing I found was that if I try to send something from my phone to my playbook, the Bluetooth icon on my playbook will turn blue then back to white and will reject the sent item.

I am really unhappy about these problems because of the amount of money it costs, I expected everything to work.

Please can someone reply and help me resolve these issues, any information will help.

Thanks

Re: Blackberry playbook keeps crashing

I am having same issues. Playbook keeps Crashing.  I sent the issue to Blackberry, but no response.  I hate buying a inferior product with issues.  No wonder why Playbook is not selling that well.

Re: Blackberry playbook keeps crashing

I am not really sure what's wrong with it, may be some kind of virus or app bug? There are no official reports about Playbook crashing...

Re: Blackberry playbook keeps crashing

have you tried to reboot? if you have not done anything new to the playbook then there is no reason why apps would start crashing except maybe if the unit has a hung service in the background and needs to be rebooted.
