Got this blackberry bold 9930 on my Trip to China, on getting back ,its unable to access rim network.
Kindly assist with the below details in letting me know what the issue may be and what can be done. I can receive calls and sms on the phone, but can't do blackberry messenger and other social.
I have an active blcakberry subscrption on my phone.
