No response from Vendor Support concerning Free Playbook

Hi @all,

 

I published an app during the "Free Playbook Offer" time and it was approved by BB. A friend of mine did the same at the same time. We both received an email from BB that we are recognized in their systems and we will soon receive an email concerning the shipment of the free playbook. My friend received an email and yesterday, the free playbook arrived at his home. I did not receive any mails from BB and after mailing about 7 times to the BB Vendor support, still nothing happened. Does anybody has an idea what to do? Is there a callcenter for vendors or maybe an other contact address?

This is pretty demotivating, so I hope that anybody can help me!

I advise patience. They're dealing with literally thousands and thousands of new developers and apps, and persistent attempts to inquire from every person who hasn't heard from them yet is only going to slow things down for everyone involved.

Historically, it has taken a couple of weeks longer than you would expect for anything to happen, so just keep an eye on the news and when it sounds like everything is getting cleared up, and you've still heard nothing, then maybe start worrying.

It's not like if you don't ask about it in the next 24 hours you'll miss your chance permanently or anything. Give them a chance to clear the backlog! :smileyhappy:
