Hi @all,
I published an app during the "Free Playbook Offer" time and it was approved by BB. A friend of mine did the same at the same time. We both received an email from BB that we are recognized in their systems and we will soon receive an email concerning the shipment of the free playbook. My friend received an email and yesterday, the free playbook arrived at his home. I did not receive any mails from BB and after mailing about 7 times to the BB Vendor support, still nothing happened. Does anybody has an idea what to do? Is there a callcenter for vendors or maybe an other contact address?
This is pretty demotivating, so I hope that anybody can help me!

thanks for your reply. I have another question: is it correct that the free playbook offer was extended till 2nd of march?
