hi im from South africa and alot of my friends and i are having a problem with a range of blackberries 9780,9300,8520,torch.it just starts thinking for like 5min it started 2-3 days agoand we all on diff networks even if you are not doing anything with it e.g just take it out of the porch and when the screen comes on its thinking ( the square clock comes up in the middle of the screen and needle starts turning and u just have to wiat for it. we have tried rebooting.....
please help
