verizon 9530 storm Browser not working

I have a verizon 9530 which i can not use to browse. When i try to use the browser icon the message comes that service books not available. I once installed a third party application (opera mini) and could browse internet except could not download anything. Can someone please tell me how to have the service books on my phone. Am currently using mtn zambia as a network provider.

However, you will need the MTN service books. While those directions are specific to ATT or Tmobile in the US, they work for others as long as you use your mobile providers service books.
