I think there may be a number of options to do this, the correct one depends on what are you trying to achieve.  Can you describe why you want to do this, and how you are going to turn it off?

     Basically I use a edit field for typing user name. So when user write  his/her name automatically first character change to captial letter.

I believe the ActiveEditFields may do this for you by default.  Try one of these, let us know if it does not work.  .
