I'm looking to implement the BBM SDK dependency checker as given in http://us.blackberry.com/developers/blackberrymess
My question is, when I want to release this to App World per se, how would I go about packaging these two projects into one so that users would only need to download one app in order to run my app?

Put both COD files into one ZIP file and replace .zip extension with .cod. Upload created archive (actually zip file containing both CODs) into App Store.
Customer will get only one file.

Note that if your cod files are large enough they may actually be zip files already. You can not put a .cod of zipped .cod files inside a zipped .cod file, so you will have to first unzip, and then re-zip the .cod files.
In case that was too confusing, just know that you can not nest these bundled .cod files.

I've put two of my files: BeerBuddy.cod and BeerBuddyProxy.cod into one ZIP file called BeerBuddy.zip. The first file is also a zip containing BeerBuddy.cod and BeerBuddy-1.cod files. So I have nested zips. And I can easy upload the BeerBuddy.zip onto App World w/o any problems.

Perfect. Thanks CMY.
For future reference, here's the steps I took:
1) I took all my cod and jad files, put them in my jde/components/bin/ folder where updateJad.exe is located.
2) Then I ran updateteJad.exe myapp_proxy.jad myapp.jad
3) updateJad then overwrote my old myapp_proxy.jad. If you upload this and your cod files, you have a working OTA install with both the proxy and the app.
