BlackBerry App Dev using IDE

I'm sure the answer to this will be NO, but is there any drag-drop ide's for BB developement... or is Rim ever going to create one?

Just to add to my previous posting.. I mean a drag and drop IDE for a native BlackBerry application not an MDS Studio app.
