BlackBerry emulators are capable to play videos?

Hi all,

I'm working with an app that plays video files on some BB models.

The app is working fine but when I try to run it on emulator, I can't see the video (but I can hear the audio).

I've already tried some different configs with Windows 7, XP, Vista, codecs, etc.

I'm able to play the files (with video and audio) directly on windows media player.

Any tips?

Thanks

Yes, if the simulator you are using has "Hardware acceleration" turn it off.

Tks RC...

I didn't find that option on 9000, 8900 and some olders emu.

Is it an option only for the brand new emulators?

Thanks again

Yes, the newer simulators have that option. I don't know why it wouldn't work than. Are you sure they are in a supported format?
