Most probably this is an offtopic for this forum section.
I just tried to download some software from http://www.blackberry.com/developers
I went here: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/developers/downloads/
Clicked on "Download" , entered login/password and get the following message:
**************************************************
type Exception report
message
description The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request.
exception
java.lang.NullPointerException
note The full stack trace of the root cause is available in the Apache Tomcat/5.5.20 logs.
**************************************************
I suspect that something goes wrong on blackberry site ![]()
Can it be fixed ?

I went to the download link you supplied
http://na.blackberry.com/eng/developers/downloads/
filled in my details and went straight through. I did not need to enter a login/password. So no problem from my PC.
I'm surprised that you are being asked for the login/password - is this some authentication/proxy server on your network?

There is no proxy in my network.
When I opened http://na.blackberry.com/eng/developers/downloads/
After that the following address opened: https://www.blackberry.com/CorpDevZone/login.do
with the following text on the page:
**************************************************
You are accessing a premium resource, which requires a login. Please enter your login* information to be directed to the document or download you have requested.
Email Address: [ ]
Password: [ ]
**************************************************
When I login I get the error I have described above.

Yes, you're right. I registered another email address, and registered another account to download a piece of RIM software.
That's is not too convenient way, but that is one workaround that works.
Thank you, Peter, for assistance.
