Blackberry Java code signing keys problem

I have been filled out the web form to get application sign keys 15 days ago, but keys are not sent to email address.  What was the problem about this procedure? Are there any email address of RIM to forward this problem?

Re: Blackberry Java code signing keys problem

There are a number of posts in the section detailing what you need to do:

Read  this for your question.

It contains this paragraph:

Note: Typically, keys are sent via email within 48 hours of submitting the necessary forms, but occasionally the process can take up to 10 business days. If you haven’t received your keys within 10 business days of submitting the registration form, contact BlackBerry support at 1-877-255-2377.

Good luck

Re: Blackberry Java code signing keys problem

I know this paragraph, originally from blackberry code sign key page. There is a phone number to call, but I ask about an email, this is the difference. I also read all of the page.

But thanks for your reply

Yep, I can read. You asked for an email.

No, there isn't.

Re: Blackberry Java code signing keys problem

I mistakingly registered my key outside of eclipse (didn't notice the eclipse instructions til after I had done the first one), and now it tells me I need to contact RIM to add additional users. Who do I contact? Is there a phone number/email?
