step 1: First SignIn your project.

step 2: After SignIn go to deliverables>>Web>>

setp 3: select all from first file to last ".jad" file and copy these file.

step 4: open your eclipse installed bin location.
e.g. E:\Eclipse 6.0\plugins\net.rim.ejde.componentpack6.0.0_6.0.0.30\components\bin

step 5: paste all file here.

step 6: open cmd prompt.

step 7: open your same directory path of eclipse.
e.g. E:\Eclipse 6.0\plugins\net.rim.ejde.componentpack6.0.0_6.0.0.30\components\bin

step 8 run UpdateJad cmd.
e.g. E:\Eclipse 6.0\plugins\net.rim.ejde.componentpack6.0.0_6.0.0.30\components\bin>UpdateJad.exe <your_project_name.jad e.g. abc.jad>

and enter.
step 9: It will ask for update press Yes.

step 10: now will got <your_project_name.bak e.g. abc.bak> file.

step 11: now cut your project related all files form same directory.
e.g. E:\Eclipse 6.0\plugins\net.rim.ejde.componentpack6.0.0_6.0.0.30\components\bin

including ".bak" file and paste in new directory. now it is complete build.
