Building USBClient in samples?

I am trying to use the USBClient in the samples (of 4.1 JDE). I was able to build it

with MSDEV 6.0, but with MS C/C++ 8.0, I get a lot of linker errors (due to unresolved

symbols). It appears the problem may by with BBDevMgr being built with an older

version. Does anyone have a solution for my problem?

The sample is a Visual Studio 6.0 project and is designed to work with this version.  We don't have an updated version of the sample at this time.  I have sent this feedback to our product management team.
