COD file to PC

[ Edited ]

Is there a way I can copy a COD file from my BB to my PC?

Re: COD file to PC

Yes - javaloader will do that for you.  Search the forum and KB if you are not familar with javaloader.

Re: COD file to PC

Thanks for that. Installed and appears to be working. However ....

When I run;

C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry JDE Component Package 4.7.0\bin>JavaLoader.exe -usb -p0x218B3E2C save NOTiFYPiNPOiNT.cod
RIM Wireless Handheld Java Loader
Copyright 2001-2008 Research In Motion Limited
Connected
Saving NOTiFYPiNPOiNT.cod            Done
Disconnected

It appears to save my COD file but I can find it anywhere! Am I missing something obvious?

Re: COD file to PC

It saved it where javaloader.exe is, so for you that is "C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry JDE Component Package 4.7.0\bin"

Three simple rules:
1. Please use the search bar before making new posts.
2. Kudo posts that you find helpful.
3. If a solution has been found for your post, mark it as solved.

Yes, you would have thought so. But it's not there!

2. Ran JavaLoader from a different directory. After a couple of attempts it got the cod file.

Thanks.
